Return & Refund Policy

At GlowCame, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• Be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.

• Not show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or use.

Hair, Fragrance & Personal-Care Products

For health and hygiene reasons, hair products, fragrances, cosmetics, and other personal-care products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used hair products.

• Opened or used fragrances and personal-care products.

• Worn, washed, or altered clothing.

• Items damaged after delivery due to customer use.

• Gift cards.

• Personalized or customized items.

• Final-sale or clearance items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
